section of our site to select your items. Please feel free to contact us with any questions:
We will respond to your questions within one business day.
Once you have selected your items, you can submit your final list to us by using
our online shopping cart, by phone
(1-512-278-9998), by fax (1-512-278-9986), or by filling out
our online contact form.
Whichever method you choose, make sure to include each product’s item
number and quantity, along with contact and shipping information.
2) We send you a quote
After you submit your item list, we will send you an official quote that includes
materials, shipping, and applicable taxes. Please keep in mind that our minimum order
is $350, plus shipping and taxes. To place your order, sign the quote and
return it to us with your payment. You can pay by personal or business check,
our free “Check by Fax” service,
our online eCheck service,
wire transfer, or credit card (accepted for orders under $2,200.00).
Once we receive your payment, we will fax or mail you a receipt,
along with an approximate shipping date (usually four weeks after
3) We ship your order
When you order is ready to ship, we will send you a “Shipping Receipt”
with the freight company name and an approximate delivery date. The freight company will
contact you to set up your delivery appointment.
4) Your order arrives!
Please note, the freight company delivers the order but they do not unload the truck.
So remember to make arrangements ahead of time.
As an alternative to you having to unload the wood yourself, we can ship it to your favorite local lumberyard,
who can then re-load the order on their truck, deliver it, and then unload at the jobsite with their equipment.
This is something that you would need to arrange (and possibly pay) for directly in advance with the lumberyard.
If you decide to do this, please give us the name, contact person, address, and phone number of the lumberyard you've chosen.
